Shipping
Purchases are shipped via UPS Standard or UPS Ground depending on size and weight of the item. You may request a quicker shipping method for an additional cost.
All shipments are insured against damage. Please inspect the shipment immediately. Any damages must be reported to the gallery within 48 hours of receipt of goods. You may notify the gallery via e-mail or phone at (778) 370-1904 and will be required to submit digital photographs of the damaged goods and the original box.

Payments for purchases made online are collected via Paypal, no credit card information is collected by Eye Candy Design Solutions for internet orders. Customers do not need a Paypal account to purchase items from this website. Please visit www.paypal.com for security related questions.
Canadian taxes do not apply to shipments sent outside of Canada. PST does not apply to shipments sent outside of the province of BC however GST does apply.
Shipments sent outside of Canada may be subject tax in the Country of receipt. Any duties and taxes applied to the shipment after leaving Canada will be the purchasers responsibility. |
